Westin Houston Memorial City, 945 Gessner Road, Houston, TX 77024
3 continuing education ethics hours

Have you ever wondered what kind of acts or omissions lead to disciplinary action by the Board?
Have you ever wondered what it is like to be the subject of a Board complaint?
Are you interested in simply learning about these matters rather than actually experiencing them?

At TPA's Board Complaints: A View From the Board and the Bar workshop you will hear from the Board’s Executive Director and General Counsel about the areas of the law from which the most numerous or difficult complaints arise, along with other hot button disciplinary issues before the Board. You will also hear from Mr. Sam Houston, the attorney selected by TPA to provide free, unlimited telephone legal consultation for its Platinum Advocate Members. Mr. Houston will provide insight into practical solutions on how to avoid complaints and what to do should you become the subject of a complaint.

Old dogs can learn new tricks, and the talented panel will whisk you through what promises to be a lively yet thorough presentation followed by a question and answer period. Register today!
