2016 and 2017 promise to be very interesting for Psychology and LPAS.
First, the Serafine Suit resulted in the Definition of Psychology in the Psychology Act being declared unconstitutional. Representatives of the Texas Psychological Association, TAPA and the Texas Association of School Psychologists met to discuss language that would address that unconstitutionality.
